Warren & Company, Inc. was formed by Tristram H. Pough
in 1985. With over 30 years of experience in brokerage and
consulting, Tris has participated in over $2 billion of
leasing transactions in the Manhattan, Long Island, Westchester,
New Jersey and Connecticut office markets as well as throughout
the United States.
Before
founding EWC, Tris was Vice President
and Director of Sales
for
the midtown New York office of Coldwell Banker. He originally
entered the real estate business in 1970 and held Vice
President
positions with James Felt, Huberth & Huberth and Kenneth
Laub
& Co.
Tris
earned a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from the University
of South Carolina (1970) and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
He has been on the faculty of the N.Y.U. School of Continuing
Education (1977 - 1983), and he is also a member of the Real
Estate Board of New York and the Young Men's Real Estate Association.
Herb
Goldberg, Senior Managing Director, has leased more
than 2,000,000 square feet. Prior to becoming
a broker 14 years ago, Herb
was a franchise restaurateur. His experience with
managing over $75 million in sales, directing over 2,000
employees and negotiating more than 70 site leases brings
a "hands-on"
business person's approach to office leasing.
Israel
Jungreis brings over 13 years of real estate experience
to his position as a Senior Director of Edward Warren & Company,
Inc.. Israel has employed "tenant-oriented" brokerage
methods to lease over 1,300,000 square feet of office space.
Israel is an ordained rabbi with the Hineni Heritage Center,
